LOG IN HELP
TYPE (do not copy and paste) your MyAid ID provided to you from the Office of Financial Aid.
Click on FIRST TIME USER.
Create a nine (9) character password which includes ALL the following:
One uppercase (A-Z) letter
One lower case (a-z) letter
One number (0-9)
One special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *)
If you get a Validation Error or Error Code IA, here's why and how to fix it!
If you forget your password, the Office of Financial Aid does not have access to your password, so here is what you need to do:
Type in your MyAid ID - do not copy and paste your MyAid ID.
Leave the Password box blank.
Click on: Forget Your Password?
Follow the instructions above to re-establish your password.
Warning! You will be locked out of your account after 6 failed attempts. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid to reset your MyAid account.
